Common questions

What should an entry say?
What you did, your own part in it, what came of it, and who supervised. One or two sentences is a fine start; Gus asks for the rest.
Does Gusset send anything to my regulator?
No. Gusset is your own record, and it's independent of every regulator. When you apply, you copy your evidence into your regulator's portal yourself.
Will Gus guess my hours?
Never. He saves the number you give, or works it out from your own numbers (hours a week, for how many weeks) and asks before saving.
Can I change an entry later?
Yes. Tap it in Record or in a chat, or tell Gus: "make that 4 hours", "this was in January".
Can I attach a drawing or a photo?
No. Gusset takes words only, so nothing confidential ends up here by accident. Say what the document showed in a sentence, and keep it generic: no client names or confidential details.
How does "Let Gus write it" work?
On Evidence, open a competency and Gus drafts it from your own entries, showing which entries each paragraph came from. He doesn't invent anything, and says what's missing if your entries are thin. Ask him to revise and you see the change before accepting it. Every version is kept. It's part of Pro.
Is Gus AI?
Gus is AI. What you type is sent to Anthropic, in the United States, to draft your entry. Under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train their models. Drafts can be wrong: review them before you submit anything.
How do I cancel Pro?
Settings, then Cancel subscription. One step, and you keep Pro until the period you paid for ends.
